WHAT IS SPECIAL ABOUT UNTYPE’S COVERS?

All our products are handmade in our workshop. We use only 100% German Merino wool felt and we put heart and soul into the design and sewing of all our covers. 

All design and sewing is done in our warehouse right here in the United States. 

We have chosen 100% for our products as wool is a natural fiber, it is durable and ecological as well as recyclable. 

WHEN WILL MY CASE BE DELIVERED?

All orders are made in our workshop and will leave our location within 10 business days. 

We ship all items with USPS Priority mail or First Class. On the day of delivery we will send you a shipping confirmation and you can usually expect your purchase within 2-5 business days.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We charge a $6 flat rate shipping per order for domestic shipping.

If you would like your purchase to be delivered outside of the United States please contact us prior to placing your order. International customers are responsible for all import duties and customs fees.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please ensure that the shipping address is accurate. untype is not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address provided to us.

If your purchase is a gift, please check the option box for “Gift Wrap” before adding the item to the cart.

RETURN POLICY

We want all our customers to be content with their purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return new unused items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Contact us to receive a Return Authorization number. Items must be packed properly when returned to ensure protection during shipping. Shipping charges will not be refunded and the buyer is responsible for shipping charges for the return back to us. 

DEFECTIVE ITEM?

If the item you receive is defective, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt to set up an exchange. Shipping charges related to the exchange will be handled by untype.

PAYMENT

Payment is securely handled by PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to complete your purchase with a credit card. During the check out, you will be given a set of payment options and you should be able to use your credit card to make the purchase.

Your payment is handled by PayPal and your credit card information is never provided to untype. Any personal information you provide during checkout will remain private.
